hi everyone, gio here, and the gamesir g3sis an android, pc and ps3 compatible controller, offering an all-in-one solution for gamingat a really interesting price. but is it actually any good? let's find out. opening up the simple box you'll find theuser manual, a smartphone support, both a micro-usb and a usb cable, a really welcomeusb dongle and of course the g3s itself. the controller sports a simple and familiarinterface, very similar to a ps4 controller, and it comes in a black and red theme, witha black overall finish and vivid red thumbsticks. the slightly rough texture on the controlleroffers a nice grip, and it's also overall pretty light so you shouldn't have problemseven for long sessions.

something quite cool you don't typically seein this kind of controller is the backlighting for the abxy buttons, which look pretty slickespecially if you like to game in dark environments. the actual gaming experience has been extremelysatisfying for me by the way: the concave thumbsticks offer smooth and precise movements, while the four triggers on the back deliver nice feedback, on par with the official ps4controller and much better than the ps3 one. quite surprisingly, you'll also find a vibrationmotor for extra immersion in compatible games, which you don't usually get in less expensivecontrollers, so props to gamesir for including it. the long travel on the rear buttons is surely welcome if you're looking for extra precisionfor something like a driving game, but could

it become tiring for an fps, and that's wherethe turbo mode comes into play. to activate it, you just need to hold theturbo button and the one or more buttons you want to make automatic: this way, when youkeep them pressed, the controller will register it as multiple pressures, making it easierand less tiring to accomplish tasks like shooting repeatedly. connectivity has been rock solid both on mobilevia bluetooth and on console via the wireless adapter, with a quick and easy pairing processand a stable signal, so really no complaints here. speaking of mobile devices, the smartphone support offers a solid grip, but somethinglike my note 4 is already borderline too big,

so anything bigger might not fit at all. lastly, i've found battery life to meet myexpectations, floating around 15 hours or more of play time, but you can of course stilluse it in wired mode if you need it. so, summing it up, the g3s is an excellentcontroller, with a solid build, a good looking design, and really good usability.it may not be the best option for pro gamers, but for just 35$ it's really tough to beat. so that was it for this review, i hope youguys enjoyed it, and you're interested in more gaming gear feel free to check out theplaylist linked below. as always, thank you so much for watching, this was gio, and i'll catch you guys in the

next one!
