hey vsauce, i'm jake and get ready to app...ughh even with only one arm i can still pick upspace chicks. in this fun take on the endless platformer genre, you hop from celestial bodyto celestial body, rescuing dem heavenly bodies. you have to get the damsels in distress totheir space ships all while avoiding steam jets, alien bugs and ones that shoot explosivesat you. gravity also plays a role as the larger planets have more pull than one you mightbe trying to land on. but let's change gears with gt racing 2. besides having really great graphics,gt racing 2 has 67 licensed cars and a multitude of tracks. the single player campaign hasdifferent kinds of races like classic, one
on one duels and knockouts. as you upgradeyour vehicle and unlock new ones, you gain access to campaigns for that specific car.the game features a fun multiplayer mode so you can test your racing ability against others.sorry, i'm starting to sound a bit pretentious...game, a short and interestingplatformer. each level is a different line from a poem that not only tells the storybut also gives you a clue on what to do as you conquer various obstacles both seen andunseen in an effort to get back to your love...your polygonal love. once reunited, hopefully,you both will be in perfect harmony. harmony is a puzzle game where youhave to organize the blocks by their color creating a uniform palette. they can movevertically or horizontally and each block
as a set number of moves it can make. thereare over 1000 levels and no time limit so the game is pretty relaxing. but if you cravestress, there is boson x. boson x is awesome. frustratinglyawesome. there are no power-ups or coins, just straight up running and jumping fromplatform to platform inside a particle accelerator. you have to run on certain platforms to increasethe percentage of an experiment being completed, and once at 100%, a new particle is discoveredwhich then opens up a new level. this game is fast paced and will result in you burstinginto atoms very frequently but the difficulty adds to how insanely fun the whole thing is.after beating a few levels you will have found zen...
alpha zen. like harmony, alpha zen is a relaxingand go at your own pace puzzle game. you connect words together so they fit perfectly withinthe given parameters. it is kind of like a weird version of a crossword and they combineto form different classic quotes. but who needs to use words when you got guns in... neon shadow, a first person shooter that findsyou trying to regain control from some evil ai that has taken over a space station. thegame is pretty straight forward, there isn't much exploring to be had just good ol' blowingup bad guys with a variety of weapons. it has almost a doom feel to it which works reallywell and fpss on mobile can be kinda difficult to control but luckily this one has a snapfeature that makes it easier to aim. and instead
of controlling the gun, take control of the deadly bullet. i'm going to summarize thisgame in one sentence: you are a bullet that flies around a city blowing through power-ups,crates and people. the end. it's great. however, if guns and bullets aren't your thing, trymagic...2014 back when i was a young lad i played the physicalmagic the gathering card game a lot, ladies, and now that it is on your tablet, it makeseverything much easier since your card deck is no longer physical. the cost of entry iszero dollars so if you have never played magic before, you can do so with no risk and theintro levels are actually great at getting you into the game. snd, of course, a multiplayermode so you can play against friends and other
players around the world. just be sure toseal your cards up to keep from getting wet in this episodes app of the week... assassin's creed: pirates. assassin's creed: pirates, as the name suggests,finds you as a pirate sailing the high seas on a quest for treasures, better ships andintense naval battles. in each level there are multiple side missions to complete asyou progress through the game like assassination missions, races, and treasure hunts. sailingaround and exploring the locations is incredibly fun, but not as fun as the awesome cannonvolleys you will have with enemy vessels. it becomes a back and forth of dodging andfiring as you try to sink their ship and acquire
