it's going to be kind of hard to see, i've obviously got alot of stuff going on. right on the top, there'ssome live streams. right off the bat, you canwatch what live streams are popular and going onthat's being featured. on the left-hand side,it looks like we've got trending games, youcan favorite your games so that your games are always on top if there's certaingames you love to watch.
these are trending games,these are popular games. come on, focus, these arepopular games right here. obviously, minecraft andgrand theft auto five on the top of the list here. over on the right side,you've got streamers, right? so these are channels that i've selected that i want to be notifiedof when they go live. these are all the channelsthat are live right now. it's by popularity, somost watched right now.
underneath, these look likemaybe featured channels, and they're sorted by subscriber base. we've got people withmillions of subscribers, hundreds of thousands of subscribers, it just goes all theway down the list here. it's a long list [gasps] holy crap, you guys! there it is! i'm featured! on the bottomof the list, but look; holy crap! i'm right there!
seriously, guys, i'mshaking right now. o-m-g. i am featured on the page. o-m-g. okay, my battery's about to die, actually. okay so these are all differentlive streams going on now. we've got spotlight look what we've found, so they're featuring some videos here recommended just for me.so this is based on - i'm logged in as clintus tv right now, so it actually pulled a clintus tv video.
a lot of destiny videos that,obviously, i like to watch. i like to watch destiny videos. even some non-gaming stuff. oh my gosh, guys, i'm seriously popular. here's top performers,some really popular videos. oh my gosh you guys, i'mfreaking out right now. so the vlog is uploading right now, as soon as it's done vlogging,i'm gonna start streaming. it looks like i might havea golden opportunity here.
i have been hyped about this for weeks! it's here and... [excited grunt] - so it's that time, guys;i get to go pick up baby. we got home kind of late last night, so they let her stay another night. yeah, now i'm gonna go pick her up. i'm excited to see her. there she is, hi baby! you wanna say hi?

that just features gaming content. it's featuring games,it's featuring streams, it's gamers, it's just an easyway to find gaming content. if you're into gaming contentlike sierra and bryce, where that's pretty much all you watch, then this is the app for you,this is the website for you. like i said, i'm superpumped to be part of it. so i streamed for aboutan hour and a half. i wanted to stream more, buti have so much to do today.
first thing's first, i'mheaded back to frye electronics right now, to meet upwith my buddy, james. james nelson from the nelsons vlogs, and i think nelson gamestv or nelson gaming tv. he has a gaming channel as well. i'll have a link down below. you may remember james, i met with him earlier this year over at starbucks, we just talked shop, chit chat.
he was telling me about histech stuff he wanted to do, and when he saw on myvlog that i was looking at buying a new pc, he stopped me and said "woah, woah, i'll build you one". so i said "okay", we talkeda little this morning, got the run-down, and we'reheaded to frye electronics right now to buy all the pieces i need, and then james is gonna build me a new pc. - [voiceover] back once againfor the renegade master.
and now the fun begins. it's like putting a puzzletogether, all different pieces. and there's the man right there. the man with the plan, who'sgonna put it all together. how you doing, bro? - [james] good, man. how are you ? - [clintus] fantastic. you'realready looking at parts. there we go, there's thefirst piece. whoop, whoop!. - [james] oh yeah, this oneright here, it's on sale.
- all kinds of memoriesrushing over me right now as we're buying these piecesto put this pc together. graphics cards were alwaysa hot topic of debate with my friends incollege, because obviously doing 3d animation issomething we used to do. playing pc games, your graphics card had to be top of theline, and the new stuff was nvidia - what's the other brand? no, amd made processors, though.
- [james] yeah, but theymade graphics cards, too. - [clintus] radeon! it was radeon! oh, they bought radeon. back in the day... i'm old-school here, man.i'm talking old-school. so it was nvidia versus radeon, and i was nvidia allthe way until, i think, my last graphics card;i switched to radeon, because they were the hot stuff. now it's just crazy, allthe different brands.
gigabet, gigabyte? gigabit? - [james] uva, pny, no msi, though. - [clintus] no msi... there'sso much stuff to choose from. - alright, you guys, pc partsare all in the back here, there's stuff over here, stuffback there, it's everywhere. so a quick pit stop to the ups store to pick up some packages, and then we're gonna go home, jamesis gonna meet me there, and we're gonna put thisbad boy together right meow.
- [voiceover] alright, so we're back home, and here's all the pieces of the cart. a full antec case, with anasus g-fore 970 video card. i just bought a gamingkeyboard and mouse combo, going with the hydro-coolercorsair cpu cooler, 850 power supply,motherboard, 16 gigs of ram, intel core i7 processor,and 2 terabyte drive. so it's not top-of-the-line,there was definitely a better processor, better motherboard
that we could've gonewith, better video card that we could've gonewith, they didn't have the one we wanted in stock. basically, there's a betterversion of everything i bought, but i don't need top-of-the-line. i have no plan, no intentionsof doing any kind of pc gaming so this is way overkill forstreaming and for recording, which is exactly what i need to do. but, on the off chance that i do want to
download a steam game andactually do some pc gaming, i'm more than capable of doing that, and i don't have to do any upgrades for anything any time soon,which is exactly what i want. so james is on his wayover here right now, and we're gonna put this bad boy together. - [off-screen] that thing is huge! - [james] what is that,soft foam in there? i'm gonna keep all your stuff right here.
- [clintus] alright,so we moved everything to the kitchen table,anti-static environment. check this out, you thinkis the ultra, you said? ultra tower?- [james] yeah, this is gonna this is like the ultra tower,so if you ever wanted to expand into water cooling,there's a pump down here, you know, all your tubingcan go up this spot. - [clintus] wow, look at that- [james] yeah, so nice. - i was just explaining to tiffany,
she was asking why it was so big. and at first i was "i didn'tplan on going this big", we just wanted a fulltower, they didn't have any of the ones we wanted in stock, and so it was either gobigger or go smaller. we decided to go bigger,because when you have a tower this size, it's super easy to work on, and it's super easy to expand. if i ever wanted to expand this thing,
add more hard drive, add moregraphics cards, whatever, i have tons of room, andit's super easy to do. so james, what's the firstthing we're going to install? - [james] well, thefirst thing we want to do is install the cpu on the motherboard, because we want to make sure that works. we'll install that outside the case, because we want to test it first, before we start putting stuff in.
[clintus] huh, okay.[james] yeah then we'll have everything set up, and once we do the test, we'lljust start adding stuff in. - [clintus] somebody's geeking out. - [james] i mean, compared towhat they used to look like. - [clintus] oh yeah,dude. that looks awesome. i told him this one wonbecause it had a dragon on it. a gaming g series with adragon on it, i'll take it. you said these are likeheating dissipators?
- [james] yeah, they spreadthe heat out. very cool. what do you think of that? it's cool, huh? - [clintus] check it out, guys. that is an intel i7 core processor. 4790. that is what a cpu looks like. if you've never seen a cpu before, that is what a cpu looks like right there. intel inside, baby. and this is my motherboard.msi gaming g series.
i love that. no joke,that's my favorite part. it came with an actualemblem to put on the outside, i'm totally gonna put that on the outside. that is so cool. andthe fact that it's red, like it's gonna match the whole case. the theme we're goingfor is red. very cool. alright, this is the fun stuff- [james] yes it is. - [clintus] the graphicscard is always the fun stuff. look at this packaging, thisis some serious packaging.
- [james] it's nice right?- [clintus] look at those fans holy moly, it's got intake bars and stuff. i'll let you pull it out. asus, look at that. - [james] we would've went with evga, but evga doesn't have a back plate, which helps with the thermal dissipation. - [clintus] thermal dissipation. - [james] i love this one. thatbig old exhaust right there.
see the front?[clintus] oh, wow. that is ridiculous. (laughs) i remember when graphicscards were just a piece of silicon, and that was it. that is the power supply,look at that thing. i was just saying how big it is, i don't remember it being so big. look at the size of that fan. everything has its ownfan, this has 2 fans,
that has a fan, the case has 6 fans. we're putting a radiator infor the cpu. crazy, crazy. so the graphics card is plugged in, look how massive it is,it's got the two owl eyes. i love that, the owl eyes looking at you. we've got the ram seeded in;we were hoping to get red, so it matched, but the blackactually looks really good. - [james] yeah, it does.- [clintus] not bad. we've got the blackand red motif going on.
the motherboard's allred, the graphics card has some red in it, the case has got red, and even the io shield has red on it. it's looking good. - [girl] i'm gonna be on the horse, so you guys just stare at it. no, get off of it. - [clintus] watching the girls play? yeah, they were (mumbles)

- [clintus] alright, it's coming together. i hooked up the... it's aradiator. my pc has a radiator. what is this? (laughs)this is a liquid-cooled cpu it does look good, i'm not gonna lie. it's just funny, this is theday and age we're in now. computers now have radiators. our dirt bikes are water-cooled, our computer are water-cooled. - [off-screen] what are radiators?
- [clintus] that's what this is. - [james] the liquid comes up in here, and then it goes in and cools off. these little fans cool the water off, and it comes back down. - [clintus] your dirtbike has one of those on the front, that size right there. alright so is there aspecial name for this? or just... test? or what?
- [james] yeah, we're just powering it on, making sure that we get posts. - [clintus] ooh, we've got red lights. we've got fans, we've got a number here. yay! we've got "rebootselect proper boot device". that's because we've gotnothing on that hard drive. but that's all that matters, we saw the msi motherboard splash screen. - [james] were you worrying?
- [clintus] i wasn't worrying,i mean we'll figure it out. it's a matter of timing,you know what i mean? eventually, you and yourdaughter have to go home. we've got lights, look atthat. lights up corsair. - [james] that sounds good, too. i like the look of that.look at this upgrade. - [clintus] alright. so everything's good, now we can throw it allin there and bolt it in. [james] throw it all inthere, bolt it in. sweet!
there should be stand-ups.would you be able to move those cords out of the way? - [clintus] we've got themotherboard strapped in, we're getting the coolantsystem, fan coolant system- the cooler mounted to the top. the fans go at the top,and then we're gonna mount these fans inthe case on the bottom. what do you say, push pull? - [james] yeah, push-pull configuration.
- [clintus] so it's gonna push the air out and then pull the air out. bam. - [off-screen] is this where the party is? - [girl] he's playing fivenights at freddy's okay? - [boy] and i didn't get scared, i just... - [girl] good thing you didn'tcome up. it's not appropriate if you play it on the xbox or something, it's just really inappropriate. - [woman] sierra. do youwant to introduce her?

hard drive, doing a makeshift cd-rom drive because that's somethingi didn't think we needed. i don't ever use a cd-rom drive. to install windows, i need a cd-rom drive. so moment of truth, here we go. - [boy] that's on, that'son. we've got lights. - [clintus] oh, it'sa blue light in front. red lights in the back,look at the red lights, yes. oh, look at this! it's greennow, but i can turn it red.
- [boy] oh yeah, tanner's is green. - [james] we need the disc drive. now we're going to install windows. - so when we told the guy atthe store we needed windows, he asked if we wanted 10, i said "no", because i know there aresome incompatibility issues with any new operatingsystem, not all programs work. so i said "give me 8", buthe didn't have any 8 left. so we went with 7, so we're gonna run 7.
as long as obs and el gato work, that's literally all i need. i can upgrade to 10 later on when i'm good to go. windows is loading files. i don't know how many timesi installed windows xp and windows nt when i was back in college. in my college days, xp was it, man. i never did vista, and ipretty much haven't run windows since then.- [james] pc master race!
- well, guys, it has takenits place center stage on my credenza, and i dida little monitor swap. i put my 27 inch on that,put my 23 back on my ps4, and then i've gotta figure outsomething to do with bryce. he has a little 12 or 13 inch in his room, and we also have the old 32 inch that he used to play on a while back. it's almost midnight,and i'm just now getting the windows updates going.
i'll see if i can havejames do a quick write-up of my specs, and it'll be inthe description down below, i just don't know if it'll be in there by the time this goes live. but eventually, it will bein the description below. so if you're interested inthe specs of the computer, not top-of-the-line, but pretty good. it will be in the description down below with all the different piecesand parts that i bought.
i'm super stoked, man.i'm ready to go all in with the youtube gaming. serious commitment, buying this thing. hopefully you guys didn'tmind that this video was pretty much all about this pc build. it literally is all i did today, you saw what i did today. i got all excited about youtube gaming, i streamed, i packedup and went to frye's,
and then i've been here. james was here until almost 10 o'clockworking on this thing, putting it all together,and it looks awesome. i haven't done a pc build in forever. some of my friends onfacebook are gonna be jealous. tomorrow, another awesome day,i picked up a package today. i told you guys i pickedup a package from ups, and i held off onunboxing it and opening it because i wanted this to bethe focus of today's video.
